Three free widgets from KeepCalm.org for schools, counselors, HR teams, and community pages. No account, no cookies, no tracking. Copy one line of code and paste it in.

How to add a widget (2 minutes, no coding)

  1. Press the Copy code button under the widget you want.
  2. Open your website editor and add an "embed code" or "custom HTML" element. In WordPress it is the Custom HTML block, in Google Sites it is Insert, then Embed, then By code, in Squarespace the Code block, in Wix the Embed HTML element. Most school and clinic site builders have one.
  3. Paste the code where you want the widget and save. That is it.

The widgets live on our servers, so they stay up to date on their own. They are free for any school, nonprofit, practice, or company page, and they never set cookies or track your visitors.

1. The Calm Minute

A guided 60-second breathing timer: breathe in, hold, breathe out, six times. Lovely on a classroom page, a waiting-room screen, or a staff wellbeing page. It also works full-screen on a projector.

2. Poster of the Day

A classic KEEP CALM AND ___ poster that changes once a day, the same poster for everyone worldwide. A small daily ritual for a class site, an intranet home page, or a newsletter web page. Tapping it opens the full poster wall.

3. Crisis Line Finder

Shows visitors the free crisis line for their own country, from our human-checked list, with the worldwide Find a Helpline finder as the always-there fallback. If we cannot tell where a visitor is, they see the worldwide finder, never a wrong number. Made for counselor pages, resource lists, and HR portals.

Know where your visitors are? Pin the country by adding ?region=US (or GB, CA, AU, and so on) to the iframe address. Unknown codes safely show the worldwide finder.
