• AI coach, not a real person. Replies are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, and they are not therapy or medical care. For emergencies use the crisis links above.
• Pick a coach and chat by typing, or tap the mic to speak your message.
• Replies can be read aloud in the coach's voice. Use the speaker button on any reply, or the mute button, to control sound.
• The phone and video buttons start a live call. On a video call your coach appears as a lifelike animated portrait, not a live camera feed, and talks with you in real time.
• Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate the reply. Please do not share information you want to keep private.
