You know what today stay asking from you, and you already can tell, you no goin feel like um. Dat no mean someting wrong. Stay Tuesday, just like most Tuesdays, and da morning stay all good otherwise. Light stay on da floor. One kettle. One day dat no need one mood for decide um yet.

Da slippahs stay by da door, one wen turn litto bit sideways. One cup wata stay going lukewarm on top da shelf. Get dat kine quiet befo da building really wake up. Your notes from last week, still can read um, still waiting right where you wen leave um.

You been letting one feeling decide if da work goin happen or not. Seem like make sense, cuz da feeling stay come first, and um talk real confident. But hea's what um really cost you: mood stay like da weather, um change plenny times one day for reasons dat get nothing to do wit your life, and anyting you tie to um goin get all dat same shakiness too. So one practice dat depend on you wanting um, dat's one practice dat run random kine, and random, when you look at da whole month instead of just one morning, look exactly like quitting.

Try notice which way um really go. You wen assume dat feeling like um make you do um, so you stay waiting for da feeling first. But plenny times too, you wen start someting even when you no like, and twenty minutes later, dat no like feeling stay gone already. Dat mean da doing make da feeling, just as much, maybe more, than da odda way around. Motivation, dat no stay da gas, dat stay da smoke coming out afta. Waiting for um, dat's like waiting downstream from da very ting you no like start.

So today, um goin happen da time you wen say, wateva mood you stay in, wateva quality dat mood give you. No need negotiate wit um, no need check up on um afta. Um wen go inside da diary, and da diary no care one bit how you wen sleep or what kine week you been having.

Da feeling goin show up eventually and try take all da credit. Let um. You goin know which one of you wen really do da work, and da week goin know too.
