You been thinking bout stopping, but you only been counting da one side. Dass not weak, dass just how da math stay when you look at um dat way. Da morning stay ordinary and clear. Get time hea fo do da math right before da day start deciding fo you, just cuz.

One folder you wen open and close two times already. Da dry sound of one page turning. Somewhea one kettle stay reaching dat noisy middle part. Light stay moving along da wood, slow kine, how um do before ten.

Stopping always look like relief cuz relief stay da only part dat come right away. Da rest of da bill stay come later, in one different currency, dass why da math feel so lopsided right now. What you would really be buying stay one afternoon of lightness, and what you stay spending stay every hour you wen already put in, plus da version of next year wea dis still stay. Dat trade look obvious when you write um down, but almost neva look obvious when you stay right dea making um, cuz one side stay happening now and da odda side stay just one idea.

Run da question da odda way and um get easier, not harda. Instead of asking if you like stop, ask what you would need fo make continuing bearable, and answer dat honest kine. Usually dat stay smalla than stopping: one different pace, one less thing you gotta carry, or permission fo do um bad fo one month. So da real choice was neva continue how you stay or stop, was continue different or stop, and dat middle option stay da one you neva even wen cost out yet.

So today, you write two columns. What stopping really give you, and what continuing at one smalla size would cost. Two short lists, ten minutes, den decide wit da numbers right in front of you, not at da end of one bad afternoon.

Sometimes stopping stay right, and dass one real option too. Just make um one decision, not one giving up, and make um on one morning like dis one, instead of one night like da last one.
