A wellbeing benefit your whole workforce is already eligible for.
KEEP CALM is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that publishes a free mental-wellbeing library. There is no census to upload, no eligibility file, no single sign-on project and no per-employee price, because nothing is being licensed to you. Your contractors, your night shift and the people who never open the benefits portal are covered on day one, because everybody is.

Not an EAP
$0for everything described on this page. No seat licenses, no minimum headcount, no implementation fee, no trial that turns into a renewal.
Posters are free for everyone, forever. Songs are the thank-you for keeping it that way.
That is the whole model, and it is worth reading twice before you tell anybody about it. Reading, listening, sharing and printing are free with no account. Making your own poster is free and uncapped. Making a custom song is counted, because a song costs us about 48 cents of real money at an outside voice provider. Do not tell your people that songs are unlimited. Everything else on this page is.
What is actually in the library
There is no industry statistic anywhere on this page. Every figure below is one we can produce from our own data, and the command that produces it is printed at the bottom so you can check it without asking us. Counted September 2, 2026 from the same data files the site serves; the poster figures were read from the live poster store on September 1, 2026.
500articles in English
36languages, whole site
508poster designs on the wall
97songs in the music bank
51countries of crisis resources
All 500 articles exist in all 36 languages, which is 18,000 pages, not an English site with a translate button on it. The poster figure is counted the way the wall hands them to a reader: the store holds 573 records, repeats of the same line collapse into one card, and 508 distinct lines are what you can actually browse and print. On the crisis side, all 51 countries carry local emergency numbers and at least one named organization, and every one of the 51 also carries a direct crisis line you can call or text.
What your organization actually gets
Reading that reaches the frontline, not just headquarters
500 plain-language articles across 27 sections: stress and calm in the moment, sleep, energy and recovery, food and movement, hard seasons, boundaries, difficult conversations, relationships at home, and calm leadership. Published in all 36 languages, which is usually the difference between a benefit your office uses and one your warehouse uses.
63 articles on leading people
Leading Yourself, Leading Others and Leading Through together hold 63 articles, in every language. That is a manager-development shelf you can point a new supervisor at on a Tuesday, at no cost, with nothing to license and no seat to assign.
Something for the wall, at print quality
The Calm Kit builds a poster at 2400 by 3200 pixels, which is 8 by 10.67 inches at 300 dpi. It is generated in the browser and lands in your downloads folder. Break room, warehouse floor, clinic hallway, back of a bathroom door. A wall still works when the phone is in a locker.
One line of code for the intranet
Three widgets you can paste into a wellbeing page, a benefits hub or the web version of an internal newsletter: a 60 second guided breath, a poster that changes daily, and a crisis line finder that resolves to the reader's own country. No cookies, no account, no script from a third party. That is usually the entire security review.
Coverage that follows your people home
The helpline page resolves to the reader's own country across 51 countries and falls back to an international directory rather than handing United States numbers to someone who cannot dial them. If you employ people outside the United States, they are not an afterthought here.
Nothing pointed at your employees
No eligibility file, no census, no employee list, no email list, no single sign-on, no seat provisioning, no renewal date, no account manager, and no annual review meeting. The cost of that is stated plainly further down, because there is one.
Three things you can finish today
Each of these works right now, on your side, with nothing needed from us in between.
Print something for the break room
Write the line your team needs, pick a color, download a print-quality poster. Built in your browser: no account, no email, nothing to wait for.
This page is set to print as a clean document with the navigation dropped and every link spelled out, so it can go straight into an approval packet or a vendor file.
A paragraph you can paste into a benefits newsletter
Written to be accurate rather than exciting, so nothing in it will need a correction later.
KEEP CALM is a free, nonprofit library of practical articles,
printable posters and calm music, published in 36 languages.
No account is needed to read, listen, share or print anything.
It is not an employee assistance program, not therapy and not
a clinical service. If you or someone you know is in crisis,
the site lists free crisis resources for 51 countries.

Why there is no "book a demo" button here. We are a small nonprofit, and a form that promised a reply would quietly go nowhere. Everything above is something you can finish yourself in about ten minutes. The button below opens your own mail app and sends from your own account, so you can see exactly where it went.
The library costs your organization nothing and costs your employees nothing. That is not an introductory rate. The articles, the translations, the crisis pathways, the poster wall, the music bank, the games and the embeds are free, with no account required to read, listen, share, play or print.
There is no workplace plan, because we have not priced one. No seat license, no per-employee fee, no institutional tier, no enterprise agreement. Not "contact us for pricing", and not a number we are keeping back: it does not exist. If you need a signed vendor contract with a price on it in order to proceed, we cannot meet that requirement today, and we would rather you learned that on this page than three weeks into a procurement cycle.
If you have a wellbeing budget and want part of it to land here, there are two honest routes, and neither one changes what your people get or unlocks anything for them:
A donation to the nonprofit, tax-deductible in the United States as allowed by law. It is a clean single line item with no vendor onboarding. Online checkout is still being finished, so at the moment a gift is arranged personally by email.
An order from the shop for something physical: prints for the walls, or wearables for a wellbeing week or an onboarding kit. Current prices live on the shop, and what each item costs us to make is published on the transparency page, down to the printer's invoice.
Prices are deliberately not reprinted here, so nothing on this sheet can go stale between the day it was printed and the day it reaches your approver.
The one thing that is metered, said clearly
A member can make a custom song from their own words, and those are counted. Each one costs about 48 cents at an outside voice provider, which for a nonprofit with no reserve is a real number rather than a rounding error. Published giving levels come with a published monthly song allowance, and no tier is unlimited, on purpose. A free account creates one custom song a month. The whole table lives on the Free Help Guarantee.
The questions procurement will ask
Who are you?
KEEP CALM Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 33-2117386. It was founded by Kaʻohele Carlos and Hawa Naataa to publish free, plain-language self-help material for people who will never see a clinician, in many languages. The About page names the people, the editorial policy describes how articles are written and reviewed, and the Free Help Guarantee is the written promise that the help stays free.
What we are not. Not a clinical provider, not an employee assistance program, not a digital therapeutic, not a screening or risk-detection tool. We publish educational self-help. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional care. We claim no treatment outcomes and no efficacy, and we will not imply either. If your requirement is a clinically validated intervention with outcomes reporting, that is a different purchase and we are not it.
What do you collect about our employees?
Nothing from you, and nothing that identifies them. Reading the library takes no account and no personal information. We receive no eligibility file, no census, no employee names, no logins and no email addresses from an employer. There is nothing of yours to protect, so there is no business associate agreement and no data processing addendum to negotiate.
Straight from our privacy policy, which is the document that governs, not this page:
No advertising, no ad-tech, no tracking cookies and no third-party trackers. Anywhere.
Anonymous aggregate tallies only, a number going up, with no identifiers and no fingerprinting.
Even those are skipped when a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Personal information is never sold and never shared for advertising.
The price of that, stated plainly: we cannot give you a utilization report. No engagement dashboard, no adoption percentage, no anonymized cohort breakdown, because we genuinely do not know which readers are yours. If your program requires reportable utilization, we do not meet that requirement and you should not shortlist us for it.
One honest caveat: if an employee chooses to make an account, a poster or a song, that is their own personal account, unrelated to your organization, and the privacy policy describes exactly what it involves.
Does this replace our EAP?
No, and it is not trying to. There are no counselor sessions here, no referrals, no case management and no clinical service of any kind. What it is good for is the gap an EAP covers badly: the person who will not call a number attached to their employer, at 11 at night, on their own phone, in their own language, with nothing to log in to and no record that they were ever there. Put it next to your EAP, not in place of it.
What happens if an employee is in crisis?
A crisis ribbon sits above the content on every page of the site. It is not dismissible, it is not behind a login, and it is not something a reader has to go looking for. It links to a helpline page that resolves to the reader's own country across 51 countries, and where a country is not mapped it falls back to an international directory rather than showing United States numbers to someone who cannot dial them. In the United States the numbers are 988, 741741 and 911, printed again at the bottom of this page.
And the part an employer has to hear plainly: KEEP CALM is not a crisis service. There is no counselor on the other end, no monitoring, no risk scoring and no alerting. Because we hold no employee identities, we cannot tell you that one of your people was on the site, and we could not notify you if we wanted to. The job is to put the right number in front of a person in the moment and then get out of the way. Your escalation protocol is still your escalation protocol.
Is there anything on the site this page does not cover?
Yes, and it is worth knowing before you link anything from an internal page. The Calm Companion and any other AI chat feature are deliberately outside the scope of this page. Their rules are still being settled, and we are not going to describe rules on a procurement document before they are decided. Nothing described anywhere on this page depends on any of it. If you intend to point staff at any of it, write to us first and we will tell you exactly where that stands.
If someone needs help right now
988 Call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24 hours a day, in the United States.
741741 Text the word HOME to reach the Crisis Text Line, 24 hours a day.
911 Call if someone is in immediate danger.
Those three are United States numbers. Outside the United States, the resources page lists free crisis lines by country. These are on every page of KeepCalm.org and are never behind a login, an account or a paywall.
How every number on this page was counted
Nobody should take a vendor's word for its own statistics, least of all a free one. Each figure was counted on September 2, 2026 from the same data files the site serves, with the command beside it; the poster store was read on September 1, 2026. The library grows, so these move up over time. If one disagrees with what you get, trust the command.
500 articles in each of the 36 languages. Swap any language code into curl -s https://keepcalm.org/data/article-index.ja.json | python3 -c "import json,sys; print(len(json.load(sys.stdin)['rows']))"
63 leadership articles
curl -s https://keepcalm.org/data/article-index.json | python3 -c "import json,sys; print(sum(1 for a in json.load(sys.stdin) if a['c'].startswith('leading-')))"
The wall shows one card per line, so this pages the whole set and counts unique lines the way the gallery does. python3 -c "import json, urllib.request as u; s=set(); [s.add(' '.join((p.get('phrase_en') or p.get('phrase') or '').lower().split())) for o in range(0,600,48) for p in json.load(u.urlopen('https://keepcalm.org/api/posters?limit=48&sort=recent&offset=%d'%o))['posters']]; s.discard(''); print(len(s))"
curl -s https://keepcalm.org/data/kc-region-resources.json | python3 -c "import json,sys; r=json.load(sys.stdin)['regions']; print(sum(1 for k in r if r[k].get('contacts')))"
50 with an org and emergency numbers
curl -s https://keepcalm.org/data/kc-region-resources.json | python3 -c "import json,sys; r=json.load(sys.stdin)['regions']; print(sum(1 for k in r if r[k].get('orgs') and r[k].get('emergency')))"
curl -s https://keepcalm.org/calm-now/box-breathing/ | grep -c 'href="/get-help/"' returns at least 1. It sits in the footer, so it works even with JavaScript switched off.
